If you are in the UK or EEA, we process your personal information on these legal bases:

- Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting and other laws.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and block or delete them at any time. If you block essential cookies, parts of our website, such as the cart and checkout, may not work. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
Some of our partners may use cookies to show you ads on other websites based on your browsing. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings, or through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
6. Marketing communications
If you subscribe to our emails or agree to receive marketing at checkout, we may send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing support@aumbric.com. We will still send you service messages about your orders, such as confirmations and shipping updates.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:
- Order and account records: for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. How we protect your information
Our website uses encryption (HTTPS) for pages that collect personal information, and checkout is fully encrypted. We limit access to personal information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
9. International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information when it is transferred.
